Tracey L. Hess
Tracey has always had a knack for details and organization but found her passion when she entered the out-of-home industry in 2015. For 10 years, Tracey managed the day-to-day operations of a multi-state billboard plant with 250+ faces, ensuring that everything from sales to art to collections ran with precision movement. Over a two-year period, Tracey led
redevelopment of the billboard management software, SignDash, tripling the number of subscribers
and quadrupling revenue during that time. With a B.A. in Communications and over fifteen years of prior career experience in Administration and Management before out-of-home, Tracey embodies a get-it-done working style.

Chad B. Hess
Chad worked as a trial attorney representing businesses and professionals for nearly twenty-five years before joining Brown Dog Outdoor. That experience provided him with a vivid understanding of how to best communicate the message. Armed with a B.A. in Business Administration & Management and his law degree, as well as decades of experience selling clients' messages in the courtroom, Chad heads up Brown Dog's Graphic Design services.
