Tracey has always had a knack for details and organization but found her passion when she entered the out-of-home industry in 2015. With a degree in Communications and over fifteen years of prior experience in Administration and Management, she is the quintessential "list-maker" with a "get it done" working style. She enjoys working alongside billboard owners to manage the countless tasks and details that come with operating a billboard company.

Chad B. Hess
Chad worked as a litigation attorney for nearly twenty-five years before joining his wife, Tracey, at Brown Dog Outdoor. Armed with a B.A. in Business Administration & Management and his law degree, as well as decades of experience selling clients' messages in the courtroom, Chad heads up Brown Dog's Graphic Design services.
